Avoid it. I have used melitonin for years and swear by it. However, avoid this particular brand. The quality stinks and there was no noticable results. I could get better results from a placebo (sugar pill). I'm not saying to avoid melitonin. I'm saying to find a better quality product than this one.

Other issues is that the tablets disintegrate to dust in the bottle. You lose product that you paid ofr that way. The day the product arrived in the mail there was enough dust in the bottom of the bottle to compress into 3 or 4 tablets. It's just a really low quality product.

Helps me sleep better and get back to sleep when I awake during the night instead of laying awake trying to fall asleep.

I have used this produce for about 5 months off and on. Not every night but on those nights when I have trouble falling or staying asleep. I have been given prescriptions and have not recieved these results without the side effects. With Melatonin I have no side effects and get my 8 hours of sleep at night so I can get my work done during the day. I would recommend this to anyone having trouble with falling asleep or staying asleep. As with any drug always check with your doctor or pharmarcist.
