Took these pills daily for 3+ months and did not see any noticeable difference in the thickness, texture or overall health of my hair. Was rather disappointed as I was hoping they might help, but that was not the case.

I'd been trying it for about a month hoping in time this would work on my thinning hair. This is the result of a number of RXs I take daily. Throw in old age and you get the picture. But it was a friend of mine who asked me what I was doing; "Your hair really looks fuller".

I've been taking this vitamines for a year now and my hair is stronger so are my nails.I have a very long hair,I dye every 3 weeks and my hair don't fall as much and it looks beautiful,I take a pill every day with my breakfast,totally recomend,it makes a big difference.
