I've been taking these once daily with food for a couple of years now as a multi-vitamin. They are very easy to take and offer some essential vitamins without overloading.
As a sufferer of Chron's disease I looked for a long time for a multi-vitamin with low levels of Vitamin C and no biotin (the two main ingredients in vitamins that seem to always upset my stomach). If anyone has looked it is near impossible to find anything with less than 300% Vitamin C and biotin is in almost every multi-vitamin out there.
Finding this product was a blessing. The ingredients are similar to STUART prenatal without the hefty price tag and the BHT, and while I wish it didn't have the extra food coloring that doesn't necessarily fit with the "natural" advertising on the label, it still works great for me as a daily (non-prenatal) vitamin.

I mistakenly assumed that since the description talked about how these contained no preservatives, artificial flavors, etc - that they'd be a good bet. I will be returning them because after I looked at the ingredients, I realized they contain yellow, blue, and red dyes. I find that unnecessary and disappointing from a product with "natural" in their name.

The product is called "Sundown Naturals" but there's nothing natural about them. They also don't have any special mixtures to be for prenatal use. My husband's generic $3 for 250 capsule vitamins from the grocery store have the exact same ingredient list and % values and were two times cheaper. They also contain RED #40, which is linked to so many problems with children. I threw these down the toilet once I saw they actually have that dye in them. NOT NATURAL. If you don't know anything about how to eat right, and don't like to bother doing any research- these are probably sufficient for your needs. They offer the basic palate of vitamins and minerals needed. However, if you're looking to have the healthiest baby possible, look for something that's actually formulated for prenatal use with extra folate, iron, and zinc. Calling these 'prenatal' is false advertising.
For adults, take one tablet daily, preferably with a meal. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
