I have been using this product for over 3 years and have lowered my cholesterol from 300 to 207. My bad cholesterol (LDL) dropped from 227 to 141 and my good cholesterol (HDL) went from 42-46. I take one pill with lunch and one with dinner. Prices here are half of the price of other stores.
