This one requires taking 2 pills 3 times a day. I have been taking it only for two weeks and can't say for sure whether it is effective or not, but like to think it is making improvements in my mood swings. I can say for sure that I have experienced increased urination from the pills. Definitely a great value for a trial run- bought 2 for 1.

States that it is 300mg, but the serving size is 2 capsules. So one capsule contains 150mg. A bit deceptive and confusing if you ask me. Not bad for the price I guess.
