Simply the best Biotin pill out there. I have been taking this particular brand about 6 months, I will not be stopping. This is one of the highest potencys (7500mcg) I have found. It is also in a small tablet that is easy to swallow. Every other Biotin supplement I have ever taken has been some large capsule filled with powder. This is so small, Fantastic! Works on thinning hair and helps strengthen my nails (I'm over 50)
I buy this when it has the buy one free get one free and that works out to a really good deal!

It definitely works for hair growth. However a caveat to that would be it helps your hair grow EVERYWHERE lol. i found myself shaving more often. Even my facial hair was growing. I'm a woman. That's not good. I had to discontinue use. But if that's not an issue for you then this is for you. I used it for about a month and a half a few months ago and the hair on my face is still coming in full

I do agree to previous review that a botle it self its to big for such of little pills,but you are getting a good deal here since its 7500 mcg.In Vitamin shop it cost a lot more and they dont even have anyhing higher than 2500.If you loosing your hair and you want to stop it just use it !You also gone get other benefits like better nails,skin and it change your metabolism too.Il ove it and all my friends that I have told obout it!

I disagree with the other reviewer of this product. The ad clearly states the amount of pills you are getting; so what if the bottle is too big. His/her review had nothing to do with the effectiveness of the product. Biotin works great and my skin, hair and nails have never looked better! People shouldn't be rating products so poorly when their gripe has nothing to do with its' effectiveness. You aren't buying the product for the bottle, for crying out loud!

Why is the bottle SO big when the pills barely cover the bottom of the bottle? Is it a ploy to make you think you're getting a lot more for the money - or just an arrogant way to look big while being eco-unfriendly. I've never had a bottle of vitamins be so ridiculously oversized compared to its contents.
