I have been taking these vitamins for years. The store I originally purchased them at stopped selling them and I eventually found them at drugstore.com. I believe they work better than anyother vitamin c produt I have taken. And I have been taking vitamins since I was a kid - 30 somthing years ago. I take one with each meal and find personally I don't get as many runny noses or colds and if I do, it doesn't seem like they last very long. That they are time release lets me know that the vitamin will be with me longer than normal.

I have been taking vitamins since I was 10yrs old & am in my mid 40's. I have tried alot of vitamins. This by far is a great product. Everyone is different & everyone reacts differently to vitamins, but for me this is a great vitamin c supplement at a great price.
