I developed an itchy rash after the first time I used this sunscreen. Not 100% sure it was the sunscreen, I tried it again after my skin cleared up (about a week) and got the rash again. Such a shame as I was hoping to love it as it has a good rating in EWG's sunscreen database.

I purchased this with Sunology Creme for Kids + the regular SPF 50 block–all are excellent! These blocks are highly rated on Environmental Working Group's guide to sunscreens. As far as I can tell, the blocks are free of animal ingredients as well, and are recommended on vegan blogs - so this seems a good choice for vegans like me!
I used these blocks for the beach, and swam laps in the morning (to avoid the worst sun exposure) for about 50 minutes, and experienced no burning, and didn't even have a tan line! Sunology blocks have all of the features recommended for safety + effectiveness, and I personally have had great coverage in the water!
I bought the face block because I was afraid that the regular block would cause problems if I used it on my face, but it didn't, so seeing as the face block is more costly, I'll be saving it for daily use when I'll be out and about in the city, rather than using it on the beach.
I'd like to believe the company's pitch about its "Patented Ferulic Acid/Soy Complex" as a skin texture improver, but even if this doesn't prove effective for me, the product is certainly an effective sunblock, which is why I purchased it!

I'm over age 60 and I want full-coverage sun protection. I don't use in my oily-T-zone on my face, but everywhere else. This is a "feel good" smooth, cream that melts into my skin. I love it. It also has natural ingredients, and not all the chemical stuff you get with other sun screens. I love this product!

I do everything outdoors, so having a good sunscreen is key for both the SPF protection and keeping my skin soft without the chemicals. The ViaOleféra and Ferulic Acid ingredients are what originally drew me to this product (magic, this stuff!), and I'm so glad I found it.
Since there's no water in the formula, I just use a little to be completely covered – such a great value for how many uses you can get in just one bottle. It's not sticky or filmy, and keeps me protected for hours at a time. Best is when I sweat, my skin can still breathe. Will definitely keep buying!
