Comments about Suntegrity Skincare Natural Moisturizing Face Sunscreen & Primer, SPF 30, 1.7 oz:
I use this product 365 days a year. It's the first thing I put on my face. Note: I have very fair skin and it even makes my face whiter than usual. But don't let that stop you from buying it. Simply let this sunscreen absorb for a few minutes. Then massage a small amount of regular moisturizer into your skin. This also helps massage the Suntegrity in more. On an average day I use tinted moisturizer to bring my face back to normal color. If I am going out, I use foundation to bring my face back to normal color. I cannot use other sunscreens because, even if I'm not in the sun at all, my skin burns from the chemicals, and I am uncomfortable all day. I have NEVER had a problem with this sunscreen. Also, when I go for a bike ride, which is usually very intense and I sweat a lot, this does not drip into my eyes and make them burn like the other sunscreens used to. I live in Chicago, so when it gets hot here, it's usually VERY humid too. Even with all the sweating I do, suntegrity has never burned my eyes. I also use the sunscreen for baby on the rest of my skin. Not only am I very fair, but I have a lot of moles too (it's the Irish in me. I didn't get ANY of the dark features from the Native American in me like the rest of my family). So I am at an extremely high risk for skin cancer. I have already had a pre-cancerous mole removed a few years ago, and I've never gone in the sun much. After that was when I switched to Suntegrity. I have done a lot of reading on this, and I have found that most of your sun exposure comes from normal daily activities, not from laying in the sun. So, for those of you who think you're safe because you don't sunbathe.....think again.
My Beauty Routine Takes:
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating. Reapply at least every 2 hours. Children under 6 months: Ask a doctor. Sun Protection Measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer & early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF of 15 or higher & other sun protection measures including limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. & wear long sleeved shirts, pants, hats & sunglasses.
