I use Super C Energy every morning to give me a little extra get up and go. It perks me up without that jittery bloated feeling that many of the other energy drinks out there can cause. It does contain natural caffeine from green tea but it provides a subtle alertness and the B vitamins are great too. It's an energy drink that tastes great (doesn't have the vitamin taste of other mixes like Emergen-C) and is acutally good for you.

I absolutely love SUPER C ENERGY! I get all the energy I need without feeling shaky. I also don't like to drink water plain all the time, so this is a good way to get my recommended water intake with a little twist! I would much rather drink SUPER C ENERGY with 0 calories, than a Coke which contains around 100 calories.

I've tried several energy suppliments durring the work day and so far Super C Energy is the best. No crash and no sudden crazy burst of energy. Energy kicks in and before you know it you're more awake and more focused for hours. Good Work!!
