This is the most effective natural non-prescription sleep aid I have ever used. Doesn't leave me with that groggy feeling the next day, like the pharmaceuticals (Tylenol PM, etc.) do. I use this 1/2 hour before bed in combination with relaxing activity like reading. Doesn't replace Ambien, but my Dr. is conservative with the scripts. PS - be prepared for a strong flavor.

Bought this because it had so many of the vitamins I needed to suppliment my daily vitamin without me buying tons of different things. Unfortunately the taste was not very good so it discourages me from drinking it regularly. It does seem to help me sleep, though.

Pour one powder stick packet into 16 oz of bottled water or tap water. Shake or stir the drink mix until powder dissolves. Enjoy Super C!

Use once a day to promote restful sleep. Begin drinking 30 - 90 minutes before bedtime.
