I noticed a that I had a bit more energy the first day I took it. I think it's helping control my love for simple carbohydrates. I'm trying to re-train myself to eat sensibly and to exercise by walking twice a day. I bought this product as a clearance item but I don't remember what drug store. I tried looking for it at 2 pharmacies and could not find it on the shelves.
I think it is reasonably priced - (.51 per packet) compared to similar products. The vitamins are beneficial for a healthy immune system and the zinc actually wards off colds and their miserable side effects. It's hard to find this combination of vitamins anywhere and the price is definitely a bonus. Where can you find all these ingredients in one simple dose? The ingredients such as the extract from Green Tea and the soluble dietary fiber blend help the body stay in balance. Good product and I will continue to use - even after I reach my desired weight.

I take this to work with me every day. I have been trying to lose weight through sensible diet and exercise, and I thought this may help a little. I can't verify if this product really made a difference, but I am now at a weight that I have not seen for two decades! Perhaps I'm a little more disciplined.....whatever the reason, I have to believe that this product may have had a positive impact. I'm not saying it's a miracle worker! Nothing will help you lose weight better than a good diet and exercise program. But this helps me get through my workday, keeps me hydrated, and tastes pretty good. I just love all the compliments I'm getting at age 54! I feel and look more like 35.

I mix a packet with a large container of water and take this to work every day. It helps keep me hydrated, and adds the extra punch of vitamin C. I can't say if it really works to keep me slim, but it hasn't hurt at all. I am now at a weight that I haven't been able to sustain in over 10 years. Of course, I am also watching my portion size and exercising at least 5 times per week. I think this product is worth it.
