I did a bunch of research before deciding on this prenatal. I selected this one because of the high percentage of "whole food" and organic ingredients. I have not had any issues with upset stomach. I like that it is one pill per day - I take it just after breakfast. The pills are a bit large, taste "vitaminy" and the smell when you open the bottle is pretty potent, but if you gulp it down quickly, it should not be an issue.

I had issues with nausea, especially during early pregnancy, and other prenatal vitamins seemed to exacerbate that. But these are easy, one-a-days, and have never upset my stomach at all.

These vitamins do smell strong right out of the bottle, but they have a very pleasant vanilla coating which makes taking them easy. They are rather large, so something to consider if you have issues with large pills.
These actually had more of certain key vitamins than the RX prenatal vitamin I was previously taking. From the research I've done, the best quality prenatal vitamin for your money!
FYI: Don't be alarmed, these are so potent they turned my urine bright yellow/orange.

These are the best prenatal vitamins that I know of. You only need to take one per day, they do not seem to cause any stomach upset, and they are reasonably priced. They also have a good amount of organic ingredients, and are gluten and yeast free.

I was having a lot of trouble taking another brand's vegetarian prenatals because of the smell and because it gave me terrible acid reflux. The Simply One vitamins are SOOOOOO much better. I haven't had any stomach upset from it, and it actually has more folic acid than the other brand I was taking too. I'm so glad drugstore.com carries this product!

This a great prenatal vitamin that only needs to be taken once per day and has a pleasant flavor. It is a bit large for those who may not be able to swallow large pills.

I looked high and low for a prenatal that I wouldn't go broke taking or spend my whole day tring to get 6 of them down. I've been taking these for some time now (before pregnancy, during and now continue to as I breastfeed) and I have had no ill side effects, they actually taste mild compared to other brands and the price is great! Read the label to see what other stuff goes into vitamins and you might be surprised. These don't contain gluten and have a higher amount of folic acid than a lot of other brands. I always reccommend these when friends ask about prenatals!
