The only con I see with this vitamin is that they need to be taken twice a day. That is a minor inconvenience, when out weighing all the benefits they provide. I originally tried the ones with iron, but they upset my digestive system, and being post menopausal, I did not need the iron. I switched to the iron free, and have felt fantastic!
