I use 5-HTP on days when my antidepressant just isn't cutting through the gloom. The first thing I noticed about the Superior Source 5-HTP was how fragile the tablets are. Many of the tablets had worn down into odd shapes and there was dust from disintegrated tablets at the bottom of the bottle. I'm afraid that if I carried the bottle around in my purse, within a week I'd have nothing left but dust!
