After injuring both big-toe nails, my podiatrist recommended 5,000mcg biotin to advance nail growth. I was pleasantly surprised by the improvement to my skin and hair, as well. Sometimes I think I forgot to take the pill. It is so small and dissolves under the tonge immediately with no taste.
