I often use one or two as a meal replacement. As I'm a vegetarian, its a good source of non-meat protein. The smaller bars are a good size and less crumbly than the larger of the same bars. I used to use EAS bars, but since those have been difficult to find, the supreme cookies and cream seem to be just as good with a lot of flavor.
Shipments are timely and I like the money points I get when I order. Most of these bars are difficult to find in stores in my area, and buying them individually it very expensive. The drugstore has better prices and factory to door delivery makes my life easier.

My son is a varsity baseball player and he's been trying to bulk up. We've tried several different protein bars and he hated them. He really likes the flavor and texture of this. My daughter's boyfriend also liked the bars.
