These bars ar on the mark... 30g for a meal, 15g for a snack. They have the perfect taste mix of sweet to replace cravings and the punch of protein without sugar... and for me, being a bariatric WLS patient they are ideal. I have used them for years and they help me maintain my weight (have held for 4 years) and they are the perfect carry-around food.
I like all flavors. Buy HERE to get FRESH bars... be careful retail! Some stores seem to have "old" bars, though the date is ok they are "hard" or just not fresh. This site carries and ships FRESH bars!!!

This is the best tasting protein bar I've ever found. I like that it doesn't have soy or that nasty heavy taste some bars have (and no aftertaste). It's somewhat crunchy when you first bite into it, then becomes chewy, but it's not so chewy as to make your jaw hurt or take your fillings out like some bars. The taste is kind of a cross between a Peanut Butter Cup and a Butter Finger--I don't really like peanut butter much, but I do like these. I like the snack size since I'm not trying to gain weight, and can't get that size locally, [...] Be careful about ordering them in the summer though since they aren't as good if they melt--still taste good, but are more dense and chewy.
