These taste incredible - better than a candy bar, yet with 30 grams of protein to help with that workout and muscle building.These bars are bigger than any other brand protein bars I have tried - thus part of the reason they have more calories. The Peanut Butter are 3 oz per bar and the Caramel Nut are 3.4 oz per bar. Compare this to the CLIF Builders 2.4 oz or the ZONE Pefect at 1.76 oz. Because of the size these bars really can be used for meal replacement if that's what you are looking for.I would rate both flavors a "5" but my personal preference is anything Peanut Butter - but you really can't go wrong with either.The bars are a little expensive, but they really are worth it when considering the size and taste. Starting in the mid-1990s with low fat meal replacements and going into the new millenium with low *carb* snacks and meal replacements, I've tasted all sorts of stuff. This is hands-down my favorite bar. EVER. It simultaneously reminds me of a candy bar and those wonderful peanut butter filled Girl Scout cookies I used to love. The only drawback is that I sometimes want to eat nothing but these bars, which isn't healthy. I have to ration myself. The price helps me slow down a bit. But only a bit.
