I use this product to supplement my protein intake after Bariatric Surgery. This is the best tasting protein bar I have eaten. While it is not a candy bar, it is very similar to the Take Five but with a bit more peanut butter taste. You get the chewy caramel with a little crunch from the pretzel. It is very tasty. Obviously this is a large bar in comparison to most so the carolie count is greater. I only eat 1/2 at any one time so the calories are comparable to other products. I love this product.
