As a Latina woman I have hair on my arms. I HATE it!!! I've tried using hair dyes on my arms and it burns 2 much! But this product is perfect! It's gentle and it leaves the hair looking naturally light. No one will ever guess u bleached it! ;) it's also great because now my hair matches my arms!

My fine but black facial hair was not fully lightened after 10 mins. with this product, so I put some more on and gave it another 5 mins. as directed. Yes it burns going on, and yes I pre-tested it on my arm. Problem is that on my arm, it bleached my SKIN (though the color came back by the next day), and gave my face a slight chemical burn, thus rendering my above-the-lip area a nice shade of dark purple. Couldn't seem to find the Sally Henson stuff anymore, so thought I'd give this a shot, but man I do hope my purple skin goes away.

This product is two creams rather than the usual facial bleach containing one cream and one powder. The products are squeezed along an applicator tray and mixed, as shown in an illustration inside the package. Less guessing at the amounts to be mixed. Much easier blending with cream rather than powder. Nice consistency. It works and is simple to use. Tubes are inconspicuously marked 1 and 2, but logic should tell you the larger one is for the first longer "squeeze line" of product.

I've been bleaching my dark mustache forever, and with any product its easy to overdo the activator resulting in stinging or even bleaching skin. I find it easier to mix 2 lotions rather than the usual lotion with powder activator. my hair is dark but fine, and takes less time than recommended to bleach thoroughly. I always use aloe vera gel after to soothe my skin.

Thank drugstore.com for supplying this because I can't find it anywhere else. This product is so much better than other brands you typically find. First, it's easy to use. You have two creams instead of cream and powder making it much easier to mix. Second, it measures a perfect amount to use in one sitting. I find with other brands I have so much leftover which is a waste of money. And third, because you don't waste the product, it lasts a very long time and is super affordable!

I've only encountered a few problems with this product. When they say gentle, they mean it. Being of Mediterranean heritage, my hair is naturally darker and more coarse. I find that I have to leave it on for an extra 5 minutes to get the results I want. However, because my skin is incredibly sensitive, leaving it on for the extra time, despite its gentle formula, will make my skin irritated for a day or two.

This stuff really stung my face. After wiping off, it was red and irritated. Felt like a burn. Sally Hansen Extra strength is much gentler and very effective. Thought I'd try this one cos Drugstore.com doesn't have Sally. What a mistake. I've learned my lesson. Now, if only Drugstore would carry my brand. That would be great.

I switched to this when I couldn't find Sally Hansen Bleach anymore, and I have to say - this is SO gentle! Much gentler than even Sally Hansen's gentle formula... it hardly irritates or itches. The only downside to it is, because it's so gentle, it also takes a little longer to get the result you want. My hair is black, so when I used this on my eyebrows for 15 minutes they became only slightly lighter... the difference is not very obvious. Great if you don't want something too drastic!

I bought this bleach cream as some guy's review marked it is mild, not burn at all. As the fact ,it is the most hurt produact I ever use. I had to wash it 1 minute after I apply it on my face. And my face is still acheing and red after half an hour. I wonder did those guys recommend it really apply it on their own face? or just plants who cheat potential customers !!!

Overall this product worked well on my face hair. My hair isn't too dark but there was a lot due to past mistakes. The bleach made it look much much better. I also tried it on my arms, but there might have been too much hair there. Either way it worked great for me! Money well spent and simply to use.
