I often had a lot of gas in the evenings, problems with regularity. I would often switch between being constipated or having loose stools .Change in diet made no difference. I was quite simply, uncomfortable on a regular basis.I was starting to wonder if there was something else wrong with me, and was on the verge of a doctor visit with my concerns. As an alternative to a doctor visit, I decided to try probiotics first. I tried a few different brands with minimal success until Sustenex. I have been taking this product daily for the past two months and I am so happy with the results! I have virtually no gas, and can rely on a regular, easy bowel movement every few days. I can honestly say it has changed my life. I am in love with this product, and don't know what I will do if it is every discontinued.(Please Don't!!!). I've tried Sustenex more than once because of the extravagant claims about the product and the wonder of "Geneden" (grow some of your own bacteria and make up a name for it). It exacerbates my digestive symptoms and adds some others, like extreme fatigue. I've never been able to get through a complete box. Compared to other brands, which are so expensive, this was much more affordable. Plus, it has glowing reviews across many different sites. I've been taking this product the whole time. All of my health care professionals are amazed that I have had no intestinal side effects (diarrhea!)from the medications. I can't guarantee that this will work for you in a similar situation, but it's certainly worth a try!( My doctor said it was okay for me to take it.) good luck! Pros

One rule is to eat early before bedtime like 2-3 hours before bedtime to let the food empty the stomach first prior to lying down for the night. Pros
