Aspartame gives me a headache and the yellow stuff gives me intestinal upset. Sweet n Low is the only artificial sweetener that I have never had any physical reaction to. I don't think it tastes GREAT, but it beats using sugar and makes my coffee taste better.

My son is a Type II diabetic and he uses this product daily for beverages such as hot tea, ice tea, coffee. It can also be used as a topping on pies and cookies without the caloric inundation.

I use Sweet&Low in drinks and in baking, including pies. There's no bitter taste if well mixed and if too much isn't used.

But the thing that's most important for me is that Sweet&Low is not, like many other sweeteners, cut with maltodextrin. For anyone who is allergic to wheat &/or wheat gluten, or has a problem with gluten generally, maltodextrin can cause a reaction, from mild to serious. So I'm very happy to have a sweetener that is safe for me to use!

I have been using Sweet n' Low for years. It is the nearest thing to having sugar in your tea, coffee, etc. I have used it for
so long, there is no way I could go back to using sugar. For
one thing I'd have to keep piling on the sugar to get it sweet enough and that definitely is not good for one's body.
I prefer Sweet n' Low to any other sweetner on the
market. It's also a good buy economically.
