My local store carries this product at a HIGHER price and in SMALLER package. I got double the product for half the price - bought 10 boxes!!! When I get low I will be back to get lots more. I have not found a better Stevia product and I have tried every one I can get my hands on. The only drawback is going to be personal taste - I like it, some find an aftertaste they cannot tollerate.

Sweet Leaf Stevia is an awesome that I just can't say enough about. It is a great all around sugar-free alternative that does not contain anything artificial. People in South American have been using stevia for thousands of years. It is great to sweeten a cup of coffee or hot tea, or stuff like plain yogurt. It has a glycemic index of 0, so it is safe for diabetics. It does not seem to be good with sweetening iced tea, but if I make a cup of hot tea, add stevia to it, then add ice, it works great. It seems expensive at first to buy this product, but it is worth it if you need to avoid sugar and don't want to use aspartame.

This product has helped me lose 15 pounds! I am a tea drinker and constantly have a hot water heater next to my desk at work. Replacing sugar with Stevia has been a part of a series of life choices that really helps me keep the pounds off.
Plus, it's great that it is sweeter than normal sugar. Everytime I run out and have to go back to sugar temporarily, I notice I have to used twice as much sugar as Stevia in order to get the same sweetness.
I went with SweetLeaf because it seemed to be the best Stevia without all the chemical fillers. If you buy Stevia, make sure you are looking at the ingredient list. I was taking another brand for the longest time, only to realize they didn't even have stevia listed in the ingredients!
