It's fantastic like that. It's not a lot of protein per scoop though, so I usually add some vanilla powder with 30 grams per scoop, by another company, and then it tastes like ICE CREAM and it gives me 53 grams per serving. I had gastric sleeve surgery, and I can't eat a lot so I need the suppliment. Nectar is the best tasting protein powder out there, and Fuzzy Navel is my all time favorite of the Nectars. Good stuff. I find this flavor to be very bitter and chalky tasting. It tastes like a glass full of Flintstone vitamins! I will not be purchasing this again, I would like to try other flavors though, because it is a very good source of protein and it does make me feel good... even if I do have to choke it down. Fuzzy Navel gets two thumbs down from me. Pros
