just use the scooper and add to water. shake and drink or refrigerate for later. take upon rising and before and after workouts. great way to get extra protein needed without feeling full

I had tried other flavors of Nectar before, and liked them, so I thought I'd give this one a shot. Unfortunately, I didn't care for it - it was extremely sweet, almost cloying. The shocking cotton-candy pink didn't help, but really, the flavor might have been nice but I was overwhelmed with the sweetening. Too bad, as this is a nice value.
