I have a lot of problems with my eyes due to two different medical conditions, Sjogren's Diseases, and Lupus. My eyes are irritated a lot of the time, and kick up painful mucus strings that are hard to dig out. Over the last few years I feel like I've tried everything to get it under control and relieve the pain and irritation.

These are the only eye drops that have given me real relief. I use these at least once a day for maintenance so to speak. Some days when my lupus is bad I need to use these drop up to 3 times.

Using these drops daily, in conjunction with taking a tablespoon of Body Essential Silica Liquid and 600mg of Twinlab NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine) and my eyes are actually under control for the first time in years. I've been doing this regimine for 2 months now and have had so much relief. I would say with these 3 products together my eye irritation/pain/dryness/mucus is about 80% gone. I have an occasional bad spell, but I used to have them EVERY day, several times a day. So this is a godsend. And, now when it happens I can get it under control within an hour.

I had read so many message boards for eye mucus strings, lupus and sjogrens, but no one could offer something that really worked. However, I kept seeing certain ingredients as popping up over and over again across the boards that people found had helped them, such as silica to address mucus and Propylene Glycol for eye hydration. I watched a television doctor do an interest segment which involved some of these products.

I finally found the magic combo, using these 3 products together. I feel like I have my life back. My eyes will always be problematic because of my medical situation, but with these drops I feel like a normal person again.

I had lasik eye surgery a couple years ago. I highly recommend it if you have poor eyesight. The only negative side affect of Lasik surgery is chronic dry eyes, hence the need for lubricating drops.

I've been using Systane preservative free eye drops ever since my surgery. They help immeasurably. Going properly lubricated eyes negatively affects everything. Driving is more difficult (eyes don't track), reading is more difficult (eyes don't focus), just sitting around being lazy is less pleasant (eyes itch).

These drops have been a real benefit for me.

A drop in each eye prior to inserting contact lenses makes the process much easier. The lenses seem to "attract" to the additional eye moisture; insert more easily.

I have very dry, sensitive eyes. These eye drops kind of sting and burn. I've never had that problem with Optive refresh eye drops.

These drops are a god send for me. I've suffered from dry eyes for most of my adult life (about 15 years) & tried many different over the counter drops. These are the first that really improve the condition of my eyes. They clear the "fuzz" off my contacts, cushion them & my eyes have stopped itching for the first time that I can remember. I'd recommend these to anyone with chronic dry eye problems!

Use this product in the morning to clear up dry overnight eyes. This is a great item. Love it.

I use these eyedrops twice a day: when I get up in the morning and when I go to bed. I open a vial in the morning and put one drop in each eye, then leave the open vial in the holder. I then use the same vial again before bed and throw it away.

There are no preservatives, so I find these drops less irritating.

The product is offered at a good price on this website; usually other retailers charge several dollars more. The single-use vials work great when traveling. After stopping the usage of this product, the eyes do NOT react negatively with excessive dryness or redness, so this is good for long term use even if not used daily.
