I had PRK Surgery, which is vision correction surgery that includes the removal of the cornea. I also suffer from year-round indoor/outdoor allergies. Both of those keep my eyes extremely dry. Systane is the only drop that doesn't hurt my sensitive eyes that I can use everyday. It's clear and I see better after using the drops.

I hit menopause and developed persistent, painful dry eyes, primarily at night. I was originally using Bion Tears and switched to Systane at a friend's recommendation. At first Systane seemed soothing and effective, but after about 10-14 days of nightly use, my eyes became bloodshot, drier, and hyper sensitive. I've gone right back to Bion Tears and the irritation is gradually fading. So... pay attention when you start these drops, especially if you use them daily. They are chemically more complicated than most moisturizing drops.

This product works very well for me--using it once a day after removing contacts. Have been using this product for a couple of years now as recommended by my optometrist. The bottle lasts a long time.

I use these every day. When I had an allergic reaction to RX eye drops, I tried to get the redness out of my eyes by many, many products but this one was the only one that worked.

I was diagnosed with ocular rosacea last summer and it has really taking a toll on my eyes. I'm in the process of getting it under control and Systane has really helped during this time with the dryness and irritation associated with ocular rosacea. I tried SEVERAL other over-the-counter eyedrops and Systane by far worked the best for me. I also work on a computer several hours a day and always have a bottle of Systane within reach for dryness that can occur while staring at a computer monitor all day.

A sample of these drops was given to me by my eye doctor. I like that they are just for moisture and do not remove redness (I've been told to avoid those). These simply do a great job of moisturizing and are gentle enough to use as needed. A safe and effective drop. No complaints here.
