I substituted with these and were horrified to find they are nearly twice the length of the regular lites. The additional length makes them uncomfortable!  Pros

I consider myself to have a generally light overall period. I've never had a child pass through and I'd consider it pretty small down there. I've also had problems in the past trying to get tampons in. I really like the lite pearl compax. At least try them because, like I said, everyone is different. Pros

Don't be trick to think this lite must be very comfortable. It is very painful when wearing and removal. Don't tell me I didn't use it right cuz i've been using tampons for years. DON'T recommend this...I'm going back to use Playtex Sport Pros
