I use them for light days, when I am expecting my period, when I ovulate also. They are perfect. They don't hurt because they are so thin, so you don't feel like you are ripping out a giant wad of cotton from your insides when removing. I store them everywhere too. Purse, car, desk drawer, beach bag, you name it there is a tampon stored there, LOL. I am a busy working mom of three and these tampons can always be found in my bathroom, I stock up when I buy. Pros
