For best results, use right after a shower on dry, clean skin. The even tan helps hide age spots. Don't use shaving cream on your legs--it removes the tan! If however, you need to remove a darker area (on the knuckles or knee area) shaving cream will do it.

I use this daily but have learned when to skip a day or 2 as it turns "orangey" and blotchy. I find it takes approx. 1 1/2 - 2 days for the results to show. You definitely have to wash your hands after each use.

I use this once a week, applying lotion immediately after, and it keeps me looking tan without having to go out into the sun. After having suspicious moles removed this is the best way to maintain a natural looking tan. Highly recommend!!

This tanning product works well for me. I do not like the lotions and this is easy to apply and does not create an uneven or orange look.

This is still my favorite self-tanner. I found it does not stain my palms as one kind I tried did, so I don't need to wear gloves to apply. After experimenting, I found that applying the towel in a circular motion prevents streaking for me. I do notice a bit of a "sweaty" odor after several hours, but not nearly as strong or as nasty as some self-tanners I have tried (applying scented lotion fixes it if unable to shower immediately). The solution dries quickly, and has not stained my outer clothing. I would recommend wearing dark lingerie after applying, though, as a white bra I wore one time developed yellowish stains on the underarm area which took several washings with whiteners to remove. The tan is a nice color for me and it lasts 3 days or longer after one application.

I've used these tan towels on my legs 3 times and every single time I've used them I have had streaks in places that I was SURE I had covered. The color it produces is a pretty brown, but I always streak! There is no smell and it does dry pretty quick. But the towels are very small!!! And they STREAK!!!

I'm really impressed with this product! I followed directions, and I have a great, natural looking tan. It took 2 towels to do my face, neck, shoulders, upper back & chest, & arms, and another one to do the tops of my feet and legs; I didn't try to do my tummy, hips, and heavy upper thighs, since I wasn't interested in looking tan in a swimsuit (just in my clothing)and that would have taken another towel. I wore plastic gloves for application, then took them off amd did the tops of my hands. I did a second application the next morning to give me a nice deep color. It is expensive, although not any more than getting a spray tan at a salon or using a tanning bed. I highly recommend TanTowel Plus!

I had a precancerous lesion removed by my dermatologist, so I decided to try a self tanner. This product is really easy to use nnd did not streak. I am a fan of a dark tan so I use them frequently. I was very skeptical at first but I LOVE this product.
