It took 2 towels to do my face, neck, shoulders, upper back & chest, & arms, and another one to do the tops of my feet and legs; I didn't try to do my tummy, hips, and heavy upper thighs, since I wasn't interested in looking tan in a swimsuit (just in my clothing)and that would have taken another towel. I wore plastic gloves for application, then took them off amd did the tops of my hands. I did a second application the next morning to give me a nice deep color. It is expensive, although not any more than getting a spray tan at a salon or using a tanning bed. I highly recommend TanTowel Plus! I wish it came in 20 or 30 packs. Wash your hands really really well after applying. I apply a tiny bit of lotion as a barrier on my hands before applying but not enough to interfere with the application. I use it with the spray and really get a deep golden long lasting tan. During the winter I use classic but for summer I use plus and the spray. The spray really makes a difference and gives it that extra boost to look like a beach goddess. Take my advice I've been using fake tan products for 10+ years and this is the best by far. Pros

I have used lots of self tanning products and this is one of the most forgiving (meaning not too much streaking). It does still smell like a tanning product but not as bad as some I've tried. Pay attention to the formula you order some are for fair skin and some for med-dark skin tones. Pros
