I'm very big on the whole "don't overdo it" idea of makeup, so neutrals rank pretty high in my book. I'm the type of person who will cheerfully use the cheapie knockoff makeup from the dollar store, so this was a big splurge for me - and I'm not disappointed!

It glides on super-smooth, it's not at all "crayon like" as I was fearing. It's a lot more like a traditional lipstick, really, but the color is super-sheer. I'm pale and Caucasian, and it essentially just adds a nude shimmer to my lips, no real color to speak of. I like that though, because it means I can wear makeup and if if smudges off, it's not a huge change in appearance.

It feels fresh and cool when I apply it, and the only real complaint I have is that the micro-fine glitter is just the teensiest (and I mean -barely-) bit gritty if I apply too thickly. I'm actually planning on adding another color to my makeup bag soon!

I already owned one of these in another color. I liked it but the color was just too bold for everyday use. I saw the buff shade in a magazine and immediately wanted to try it. It does have some sparkle, but I can wear it more frequently than the other shade I have.

this is the first time i've bought a lip "pencil" and totally loved it! it glides on like chapstick, it's super smooth and moisturizes just like chapstick, too! the color looked a little "orangey" when i first opened it, but once it goes on, it looks sun-kissed and gorgeous. my only issue is that i think they're a little pricey, i'd definitely buy more if they were a bit cheaper, since i want like three more colors!
