Just the smell of this tea relaxes me so much. I drink a cup almost everyday, and now I've gotten my co-workers and friends hooked on this tea because they love the aroma and long lasting taste. But be warned it is pretty tangy and bitter as a hot tea and one you must have an acquired taste for. Maybe it would be better as an orange iced tea in the summer.
