I'm one of those few Indians who does not like masala chai whether it is home-made, store-bought, whatever. But this chai is highly drinkable! It's got a great flavor. Relatives of mine who are hard-core masala chai drinkers couldn't get enough of this when they stayed with me recently. They were drinking it both in the morning and in the afternoon and I quickly ran out. For those not in the know, the word "chai" just means "tea" in India. "Masala chai" on the other hand, refers to tea with spices in it. This particular brand, Tazo, has ginger root, cinnamon bark, black pepper, cardamom, cloves and star anise, in addition to black tea.

This is the best organic chai I have tasted. It is spicy and highly flavorful, by itself or dressed up (I like honey and milk in mine). Just a wonderful wake up in the morning or during the day, and soother at night. Just lucscious.

I love this black chai tea as my morning beverage. I make two cups from each tea bag and mix it with light vanilla soy milk in my go-mug — yum! Much better than the liquid chai mixture that contains sugar. And the flavor is better than many other tea bags I've tried: it's spicy, a bit peppery; no unpleasant anise, coconut or other weird flavors.

This is my favorite morning tea. It has a great spicy taste unlike any other tea I have tried. Chai tea is normally drunk with milk, but I like it just the way it is, with a sprinkle of stevia.
How to Make a Great Cup of Tea Organic Tazo Chai can be prepared as a hot or iced tea.
For each enchanting cup of hot tea, use one bag. Bring freshly drawn cold filtered water to a boil and pour into cup over filterbag. Allow to steep for a full five minutes. Gently squeeze bag and remove. Sweeten to taste and serve with milk.
As an iced tea, Chai is an uplifting departure from traditional iced tea. To prepare, place two bags in an eight ounce container and steep as above. Remove bags and pour hot tea into a glass filled with ice. Add milk and sweetener.
