People describe this tea as interesting and unique. To try to describe the flavor, it tastes almost like watered-down drip coffee with drops of vanilla extract added. But obviously more complex. The taste is not for everyone. I like this tea because it has natural stimulants in addition to caffeine, which means less jitters. I also like that this tea doesn't have a bad, artificial aftertaste as with most Tazo teas I've tried.

I've tried this twice and will finish the box, however I don't know that it's my favorite. It had a decent amount of pick me up, but to me the smell and taste made me think of...grass? It's very strange. I don't put sweeteners or milk in my tea ever, so maybe that would help it if you do that as seemingly the others really like it. There's definitely alot of different flavors going on, just not ones that I prefer.

Someone gave me this tea as a gift, and since then I've ordered a few more boxes to have on hand. I'm usually an afternoon coffee drinker, but now I've been drinking this as a healthier alternative. The combination of black tea and yerba mate gives me a much better lift than coffee, without feeling jittery. Mostly I love the hint of orange essence. I add a little soy milk and honey and it's such a treat.

I've tried a few different Tazos before, but this was the best. I add a little sugar and milk - perfecto! Its the perfect morning or anytime tea. I used to drink coffee all day and even though I love the taste of coffee, I hate how after a few hours, you're exhausted and crashing. This tea is my new beverage of choice.

I really like the bold flavor of this tea. It could substitute for coffee in the morning. It's more than just a black tea--there are lots of lingering flavors in there that I can't describe. Any tea lover should try this one.

This tea is like dessert! Its cocoa flavor satisfies my chocolate cravings. It's also quite energizing - a perfect substitute for those coffee addicts! :)
