We reserve all rights in our Trademarks; therefore you agree not to purchase search engine keywords including, but not limited to, drugstore.com, drugstore.com, inc., drugstore, inc, www.drugstore.com, wwwdrugstore.com, Drugstore.com, as well as any identical or confusingly similar variation of our trademarked name from any third party without the expressed written consent of drugstore.com. Affiliates shall not bid on the trademark or trade name of any of our brands. For example, Affiliates may not bid on the term “Neutrogena.” However, Affiliates may bid on a product name containing the trademark or trade name. For example, “Neutrogena SPF 45 sunscreen” is an acceptable long tail term for bidding. Violation of this policy will result in termination from the Affiliate Program.
