As a younger person stuck w/ a lifetime of incontinence issues due to spinal condition/ injuriies, I used this product according to such. These were the first brand I ever tried and thought they were great . . . until I tried another brand (Tranquiltiy to be exact). Then I tried these again and was pretty disappointed the 2nd time.

These are virtually DRY compared to other brands, which is especially important cleaning up to avoid skin breakdown (point blank - diaper rash). These were extremely ineffective & were accordingly used after using some smaller, but much moister baby wipes - only b/c I like the scent of these so much better. After using Tranquility's brand of wipes, I noticed exactly how dry they were (did I already say that? ;-) but they truly are.

Also notice that after using these, they tend to slightly fall apart - which is not noticable in my hand as much as my backside w/ a small amt of residue fibers left behind (no pun intended there!) But for where I still have 'feeling', I am very sensitive. Rubbing my hand against my skin after use proved this to be true when the fibers actually rolled up & were more noticeable. The dryness also increased skin irritation w/ the texture of these cloths.

Also noticed that I feel a sort of sticky residue left on my skin from these as well - whether it's the aloe or not, my skin doesn't feel quite as fresh/ clean as it does w/ other brands.

I must say the one thing I do like about these is the scent. Very clean - not powdery like a baby's bottom :-)
