I have been using Tena pads for several years now. I think they are much more economical than Poise and have a better variety of absorbancy, length, and thinness. I love these pads for everyday use. However, if I am sneezing frequently due to allergies, cold or sinus infection, I use the overnight pads during the day. While they are bulkier, the overnight pads give me greater length, coverage, absorbency, and confidence when I need the heavier protection. The microbeads are very effective in keeping the pad intact...no separation or clumping. However, avoid accidentally putting one through the washer and dryer...the microbeads get everywhere and stick to your clothes/underwear!

10" long unstretched; 11" long stretched. 3 to 3.5" wide. about .25" thick. adhesive 1.75" wide. Comes in plastic wrapper, not paper like Poise. Stays flat, doesn't break into bunches in the middle of the day.

Since I can't always stop what I'm doing to use the ladies' room, these pads are very helpful. To get the best use, experiment a little with positioning the pads, to avoid accidental leaks. These hold up much better than any other product I have used.

The moderate long and heavy long are the best pads on the market. They are comfortable and absorbent and don't feel like a heavy clump in a few hours. I use both depending on the situation I will be in.

I have used the Tena Serenity Ultra Plus Overnight pads for several years because they were truly long and truly absorbent. Like all good things, they suddenly are no longer available, so I tried the Moderate Long pads ... the least I can say is that I am extremely disappointed with this product. These pads definitely are not for you if you need overnight protection. They are not long enough, either. Who the heck designs these things? Do they not pay attention to which of their products are selling well? These pads are like wearing sandals in a swamp - totally useless.

I failed to notice that there is a difference between "Pads" and "Ultra Thins" I thought that I was buying Moderate Long Ultra Thins and was disappointed to find that they were Moderate Long Pads which are bulkier than I like. They will be OK for nighttime but still not long enough. They are less than 1 inch longer than Ultra Thins Moderate Regular Length.
