So I bought this for my boyfriend (so the description is of him, not me) to use for after shaving because he breaks out so bad with acne and in-grown hairs. We haven't really formed a true opinion of the product yet. However, we waxed my boyfriend's chest and stomach last night (which normally makes him break-out terribly), he showered to get the sticky stuff off, and used Tend Skin Liquid to close his pores. He was so surprised that the Tend Skin Liquid got out more dirt from his pores then showering and scrubbing did. The only reason I gave it four stars was because it has such a strong alcohol smell. It's even stronger, I think, then just normal rubbing alcohol you buy at the pharmacy. Also it's a bit pricey.

Several in the household use this product on occasion. It is good to use on razor burns and skin blemishes. One in the household sometimes gets huge puss-filled zits and this product helps to dry them up quickly. It works on sensitive ingrown hairs on the lip too, drying up the irritation. You do not need to use very much. Just put a little on a cotton ball and keep rubbing it over the area for a few minutes. For best results, do not wash it off. Recommend to use it at bedtime when needed.

I've been using this product for several weeks and I haven't seen any improvement. I'm going to look for a different product next time.

An esthetician recommended this to me after a
Brazilian wax not only to soothe irritation immediately after the procedure, but also as a once-a-week measure against ingrown hairs and rapid regrowth. She gave me a sample in a small vial since I wasn't convinced enough to buy a whole bottle. Later, I was instantly sold on the when I had itchy, irritated legs from razor burn. Tend-Skin immediately put out the fire. I have noticed that regrowth is slower with Tend-Skin, too.

Tend Skin is one of the best products out there to prevent razor or waxing irritation. When I do not use Tend Skin I notice a major difference in my skin.

Out of desperation one day I dabbed a little bit of TendSkin on a face pimple. Overnight it was gone! I don't have acne and only occasionally get a few breakouts on my face, but each time that happens, I use TendSkin to stave off the bumps. You have to be careful, because it's extremely strong and will actually remove layers of your skin, causing a dry patch on your face. But if you use it selectively it's a great way to quickly reduce a rising red bump to one that disappears within a day or so. One bottle lasts a long, long time, so the price turns out to be reasonable.

A little pricey, but I would buy it again. Seems to help reduce post-shaving in bikini area.

I was told about this product by a young lady at a day spa...I got a bikini wax and she recommended Tend for the ingrown hairs and bumps but they were out of stock right after my appointment I got right online I bought the 4oz size just incase it was a dud NOT! its awesome and the appearance around my bikini area has totally smoothed out...so next go round I will purchase the larger size..bigger is better....

I've tried everything anybody has to offer. And I've even been to the doctor for years now with the issue of ingrowns hairs and razor bumps. Doc said the best thing is not to shave, but work says otherwise. In comes tend skin, it doesn't stop everything. However I'll say I've seen a 95% decrease in my usual breakouts. So I am a happy camper and will continue to use this as long as they make it.
