These are specified as one time use, but with a little self control, it can last longer and clean up very easily without turning inside out. Add mild hand soap, a little hot water, and shake vigorously. Repeat a couple of times and rinse well. Let your partner do it and the sensation is even greater because all you do is relax and enjoy. I've tried several different sex toys for guys, and the way this works is completely unlike anything else I know of. Most male toys are a type of tube/canal to thrust into or jack up and down. This thing is the size of a normal egg and stretches around the length of your rod. It's more like a standard hand job using a weird, super-thick and -- I don't know -- almost raw egg-white-like gooey lube substance that engulfs your erection. (Definitely use a water-based lube and wash after use! Small lube packet included for initial use.)

After a single use, the material was obviously a bit stretched, with a definite thinning weak point where it had been stretched around my dick head (to an almost condom thinness) during use. On third use, I busted through the material, but that wasn't a bad thing. As I stroked, the opening snapped gently back and forth around the angled corona edge where my glans meets my shaft. This resulted in a specific type of stimulation that I've NEVER felt before.

Using it further, the torn hole (not surprisingly) is stretching bigger and bigger, and the pleasurable effect of it my glans popping in and out of the hole is diminishing as it gets looser.

GF and I use it as listed above.... Gives great sensations and great when she can't. The feel is soft and a larger opening makes it a lot easier to put on than most items of this kind. SO far, it's lasted longer than advertised. Maybe I just got one that's extra straong with more material. It's more of what I've been looking for since the opening doesn't rip like the others. IF you do it alone or with a friend, I suggest you try it for yourself.

I love to stimulate myself once or twice a day to completion. I've tried several male sex toys and this works great, except for my Venus 2000 which is not as portable as the "egg". i'm a once-a-day jacker...this baby is as good as the real thing--better, even, because it doesn't care if you don't call the next day...i'm a little suspicious of people who say they don't like this thing...they must be doing something wrong...i bought a single egg and have been used it daily for about a month...where did anyone get the idea that this was a one-use item??...it has held up really well; you can sense that the material is getting a little thin, but it works as well now as when it was brand new...put a couple of drops of ky in it, rub it between your palms to spread the lube around, and put it on...when you're finished, turn it inside-out and rinse with cool water...do NOT use an oil-based lube...i'd LOVE to use this with a partner if the opportunity ever presents itself...i love it and would definitely recommend it to a friend--heck, even to an enemy...
