I haven't tried a lot of masturbators or toys like that, but the few that I had tried in the past weren't worth the trouble, and at best were difficult to get off with. With this one, the realistic sensation is worth a little bit of trouble. My only complaint is that it is quite tight and difficult for the first couple uses...then it seems to loosen up a little. Once you get your own feel for it, it's quite easy to get off with. And it actually provides so much sensation that I have to stop using it immediately after getting off because it's too sensitive. I was a little skeptical even after reading reviews and watching demonstration videos, but now I'm a believer. I wouldn't use it every day, but it's great a few times a week. At 50 total uses, it will last me about a year.
