This is a perfect toner for combination skin type. I was surprised that it tightened as well as moisturized, and that it didn't negatively affect my acne-prone skin at all. It smells like a dream and works wonders.

I clean my face with the Rose Petal Witch Hazel in the morning & in the evening and the oilyness that I used to have is gone. The pores on my face have become much less visible. The texture of my skin has improved and I don't have to use moisturizer all the time except an under eye cream. Plus the Rose Petal Witch Hazel smells nice!!!!!

I use the Rose Petal Witch Hazel to clean my face and I have had oily skin for many years + for the last 30 years, I've had rosecea. I started using this alcohol free witch hazel as a general toner after washing my face with a very gentle soap free cleanser. Then I started using it just to do a quick clean first thing in the AM. I began to notice that it not only left my skin clean, toned and tighened the pores but I really didn't need moisterizer. I've had roceasea for 20 years and now after using the Rose Petal Witch Hazel for less than 2 weeks, it is 95% gone.

The toner itself works great. It isn't sticky or greasy unlike other toners I have tried. Leaves my skin soft and feeling clean. However...I could not tolerate the smell. It's not a bad smell, but it was too strong for me. It gave me headaches. Other than that, it works well for my skin.

Used after evening face wash. Makeup missed with the wash is removed, pores are tightened, but my skin is not overly dried or irritated. I love the rosy smell with cucumber notes. My tween daughter, however, does not like the smell, but if it isn't extreme, she doesn't endorse.

I have dry skin, and my skin just getting worse after using this toner every time. For this rose smell, it smells good, but I think I'm a little allergic to rose smell.

This product is not designed to remove make-up; it does a good job of moisturizing. Much more economical price at Vitacost, however.
