Eh.. This DVD is all right. I found it a bit boring. I love yoga and it helps relax me, but this one looks like it's straight out of the 80s or 90s. The video just looks old and the setting they're in isn't relaxing. It's just odd. I wish they were in some sort of outdoors setting. I do feel like I get a good stretch after this video, but some of her instructions aren't as clear as they should be. Find another yoga video.
I add it to other yoga and strength training workouts or my Zumba workout but it is great on its own also. I can pop this DVD in and get a quick stretch workout that makes me feel rejuvenated.
This is not for people who want an intense workout, it's yoga. It's for relieving stress, and promoting flexability. It engages in muscles that you already have. It's a great video to relax to AFTER you have done an extreme workout, like Zumba. I love it!
This is a good dvd but not intense enough. It doesn't make me feel like I have had a good workout. It mostly feels like I am trying to keep my flexibility in check.
In my former life without children I worked out all of the time. I like intense workouts whatever I'm doing. Most all yoga classes and every dvd I've ever worked out with have been way too relaxed for me. This is the perfect balance. A lot of stretching and muscle work with a little relaxation or centering. I LOVE having it for those days that just don't go quite right and I end up squeezing in a workout after the kids are in bed..and to balance out other workouts.
