For discomfort, swelling, irritation and soreness associated with diaper rash. Cool gel Pad (from the Bottom Care™ Diaper Rash Relief System) in a domestic refrigerator for 3 hours. Insert Gel Pad into a fresh Treatment Sleeve. Be sure that baby's bottom is clean and free of creams. Place inside baby's diaper with the white, treated side of Sleeve against skin, for 20 minutes. Remove, discard Sleeve, return Gel Pad to refrigerator. Gel Pad may be washed with mild soap and water. Dry before returning to the refrigerator. May be used up to 3 times a day as needed.
