The result was painful and it was especially painful the day after we used it I'm not endowed like a horse or anything like that so we were surprised at how tight it was. Other than that, it would have been an excellent product. Unfortunately for us, we can't use it again. We would cetainly buy a larger sized one if they made one. Until then, we will just use it like a mini stimulator. My wife loves it! bullet that comes with is not strong enough, so you have to get a little creative, but other than that, its all good.
