Take seaweed in netting from pouch and place under running water in bathtub.  Do not remove seaweed from netting.  Upon entering bath, lightly squeeze seaweed to release moisturizing mineral gel.  Relax in bath with seaweed for 15-30 minutes (5-10 minutes for children 12 & under).  Upon exiting bath, remove seaweed in netting from bathtub and allow to dry.  Use seaweed for two to four baths within one week of opening.  Helpful tip:  To soothe scalp, rub mineral gel released from seaweed onto scalp.
