I used the product since Googling Natural Liquid Weightloss Products( I hate taking Pills or Capsules). The first week was hard, hungry and felt like giving up. By the second week I lost approximately 3.5lbs. Week three my appetite was curbed. It really works, just follow the plan. Very hard to get, CVS stores does not carry the product.
