I tried a shot before I went to a big event where there would be a lot of food served. I eat more than I planned to. I thought this would curb my hunger but I felt no difference in my hunger level at all. I was really hoping it would work.

this stuff tastes vaguely like ground up cereal and bark; really unpalatable. fortunately, at only 2 fl oz, you should be able to muscle it down (and it doesn't appear to be marketing to taste in the first place). that being said, as an effective diet aid and breakfast replacement, it's a failure. i was easily hungry an hour later. note, i only tried one dose. i have no idea whether drinking an entire course would be more effective or not. on a positive note, i suffered no stimulant effect or any other physical unpleasantness normally associated with these types of products.
