I no longer get the sour reactions from people I used to get when they talk to me. It also reaches hard to reach areas that your toothbrush and rinse wouldn't reach. I use this at night after brushing my teeth and it seems to help for a short time. It doesn't have a bad taste and is very easy to use. There is an extended reach nozzle to help you spray it in the back of your mouth. Pros Cons

It tastes terrible and spraying it right down your throat only makes it that much worse. I felt nauseated for an hour after trying it. Worst of all it did not improve my breath at all. I highly recommend saving your money by mixing equal parts of water and hydrogen peroxide as a gargle twice a day after brushing your teeth. It doesn't taste great but works wonders as well as disinfects your mouth. Pros

Due to my sinus, I get tonsil stone and canker sore like once a month. Once I spray it to the back of my throat overnight, I wake up in the morning, and tonsil stone is gone. As for canker sore, once I feel one coming, I spray the area and it prevents it from coming. It works great for bad breath too. I need to buy me a couple more to store at home. Great usage. I also use the toothpaste and it works great too, bad side is, it's expensive for a small bottle. Pros

I really like this. I keep it at my desk and when i can't take the time to get a drink, i use this and it quenches that feeling. It's not a minty, sweet or strong flavor. Just sort of fresh tasting. I will be a regular buyer of this because i like that it's beneficial and not harmful (like the rebound you get with a sweet or minty item) and it seems to last a while. A bit pricey i think, but it's worth it i think. And i havent finished the spray bottle yet so it may last another month. Pros
